At FRESH PATH, we understand that venturing into international markets can be challenging. Opening an E-commerce business in a thriving market like Dubai is exciting, but it also comes with its own set of challenges: high setup fees, costly operations, and navigating a complex legal framework.

In the world of E-commerce, there's always a trade-off. Opting for a "Marketplace" strategy offers ease of setup and smooth operation, but it may sacrifice customer engagement and brand recognition. On the other hand, running your own E-commerce trade gives you full control over customer experience but can be a costly hassle, dealing with international logistics, local import permits, company setup, tax registration, Banks and payments gateway, Warehousing and local distribution in a challenging physical environment and the list of challenges goes on and on!

At FRESH PATH, we offer a solution that combines the best of both worlds. Our model is simple and seamless for our partners. First, our partners prepare a merchandise batch, and invoices it to FRESH PATH, on a consignment basis. Secondly, The partner will be responsible to pay a fixed fee of (5EUR per Kg) For international transport.

On a monthly basis, FRESH PATH will organize a shipment pickup, and consolidate the merchandise from various partners, and will manage the international shipping, in destination our sister company “ATVENTURE”, based in Dubai. Then, ATVENTURE handles customs clearing, import permits, and onboards merchandise into its distribution center. They also manage last-mile delivery. Lastly, partners are onboarded onto ATVENTURE's technical platform and offered a private E-commerce site on a domain owned and managed by them. Partners handle marketing activities on their own domain and respond to customer queries related to their products.

The founders have always felt a lack of authenticity in the products available in the local market. The founders, residing in France and Dubai, were driven by a desire to bring authenticity to the Dubai market.
With founders who have extensive experience in top brands, E-commerce operations, IT, and product design, we're committed to making the establishment of a private label E-commerce simple and seamless not just in Dubai but soon across the GCC region.
